A reported increase in salary from €80,000 to €700,000 per month has been offered to 18-year-old soccer star Kylian Mbappé in an attempt to stave off the temptation of Real Madrid, PSG and the other clubs in the chase to sign him.

The revelation of Monaco’s offer of a 900-percent wage increase came after Real Madrid president Florentino Perez met with Mbappe’s father, who takes a keen interest in his son’s career.

Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool have all been strongly linked with a move for the prolific forward who is rated the one of the best young talents in Europe.

Mbappe scored 26 goals last season and played a major role in helping Monaco win the French Ligue 1 title.

European champions Real Madrid have allegedly bid €130 million for the youngster, who has said that his priority is making the right decision for his playing career.

Monaco striker Radamel Falcao reportedly also earns in the region of €700,000 a month.
