In addition to overseeing all of the Group’s hotels, restaurants, nightlife and well-being activities, Mr Boidin will also be responsible for the Hospitality Sales Department, Hotel Operational Marketing and Yield Management, as well as Group Purchasing.

His mission will be to apply his dynamism and skills around three key areas: the strengthening of the positioning of the Group’s various establishments as benchmarks of luxury in Europe; the deployment of the Group’s vision and strategy in all its activities, through excellence (customer experience, development of distribution channels), management and innovation; and to continue to optimise the potential of all points of sale and increase profitability.

Mr Boidin is a specialist in international luxury hotels, with 36 years spent with the InterContinental Group. He was recently the head of the Group’s Luxury Division for Europe, after serving as Vice-President of Operations for the Mediterranean region between 2003 and 2010.

“I am delighted to put my international experience and my know-how at the service of a prestigious group such as Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. I will put my enthusiasm and my ability to build and manage (our) objectives.”

The General Management and the Executive Committee of the Monte-Carlo Group said that they welcome him and wish Mr Boidin success in the ambitious challenges that await him.
