Ince & Co appoints new partner in Monaco

Marco Crusafio

International Law firm Ince & Co is pleased to announce the promotion of Marco Crusafio, in the Monaco office, a highly experienced dispute resolution lawyer, to the Partnership on 1 October 2018.

Marco specialises in dispute resolution with a particular focus on shipping litigation and international trade. He has experience handling high value claims in court and arbitration proceedings, both in London and abroad. He is also regularly asked to use his contentious background to advise on corporate transactions.

Recognised by Chambers & Partners in 2018 as “an associate to watch” who is “excellent on shipping work”, he works with a variety of clients including: shipowners; charterers; traders; ship managers, brokers, and insurers, based around the world but with a particular emphasis on Monaco and the Mediterranean. Marco is an Italian national who studied law in the UK and Italy and holds an LLM from the National University of Singapore. He trained with the firm and qualified in 2012.

Ince & Co opened its Monaco office in August 2011 and has continued to expand. Andrew Charlier, Global Head of Yachts and Superyachts relocated to Monaco earlier this year and Marco’s promotion to the Partnership further reflects the firm’s commitment to the local market. The office is recognised as a leading international law firm in Monaco – which is renowned for its well-established shipping and yacht communities.
