This summer the Sun Casino will operate pop-up gambling facilities in flagship establishments in the Principality, which Monte-Carlo Societe des Bains de Mer says is a first in Europe. Games tables and croupiers will take their places at the Blue Gin, at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort lounge bar, from August 2 to 25, 2018 and at Nikki Beach on August 5, 6 and 7, 2018.

The Blue Gin, one of Monaco’s most popular lounge bars for its chic and casual atmosphere, will host game tables from 20:00: Roulette and Black Jack tables will be offered on the terrace to enjoy the spectacular view of the Mediterranean.

Star ambassador of the event will be Bosnian footballer Miralem Pjanic, currently at Juventus in Turin. Just 28 years old, Miralem Pjanic started his brilliant career in France, at FC Metz and at Olympique Lyonnais, before joining AS Roma in 2011. In 2016, he joined the Juventus Football Club in Turin, where he chose to take number 5 in tribute to his idol, Zinedine Zidane. He was part of the team that won the Italian Cup in 2018.

“We are very pleased to be associated with Miralem Pjanic and he has agreed to be the ambassador of our new concept,” said Pascal Camia, General Manager of SBM.

“We are taking gaming to where our customers are. After a successful test at Nikki Beach in 2017, we decided to deploy our know-how in partnership with establishments whose friendly and festive spirit we share. This unprecedented initiative in France and Europe is the opportunity to introduce the thrill of table games to new audiences and make them want to go further.”
