The Traffic Sections Department informs its users that the invoices for the renewal of vehicle registration for 2018 have been sent to all owners of vehicles registered in the Principality.

Two means of payment are available: online, by credit card, on the Government website, with the issue number mentioned on the invoice, or by cheque payable in Monaco or France to the Traffic Securities Department. The cheque must be returned with the invoice duly completed and signed, in an envelope labeled with the sticker provided.

The envelope may be prepaid at the rate in force or deposited in the mailbox installed for this purpose at the entrance to the corridor of the Traffic Services Department at 23 avenue Albert II, 1st floor.

Any change of address, civil status and renewal of identity document must be communicated to the Traffic Securities Department. Depending on the case, changes to driving licences – driving licences and registration certificates – will be required.

Payment must be made before December 31, 2017. A late penalty will apply, per vehicle, from January 1, 2018.
