The 2019 Monaco International Workshop on “A historical approach for measurements and protection of Oceans and World Waters” will be held at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco on 20-21 June 2019 as one of the events of the IHO centenary celebration activities.

The Symposium will be jointly organised by the Piri Reis University, Istanbul, Turkey, Oceanographic Museum of Monaco and International Hydrographic Organization (IHO).

All IHO stakeholders are invited to contribute to the symposium by submitting a paper for the conference sessions on the themes and beyond. The abstracts are to be submitted to the Conference Secretary (iakin@pirireis.edu.tr) by 18 January 2019 in accordance with the submission guidelines indicated.
