MONACOUSA, PRINCESS CHARLENE: Forty-five members of MonacoUSA were treated to a very special tour of the Prince's Palace today, led by the commanding officer of the Prince's Caribiniers, Lieutenant-Colonel Philippe Rebaudengo.
